These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NabhSpaceAi, including the desktop application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction), have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Description of Service
NabhSpaceAi is a software platform that allows users to run multiple AI models, compare outputs, build interactive AI workflows, and manage research and content — all on a local-first workspace. The software does not host or provide AI models itself and requires users to connect third-party APIs (“Bring Your Own API Keys”).
3. License & Usage Rights
License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, NabhSpaceAi grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the software for your personal or internal business purposes.
This license is granted only upon acceptance of these Terms and any applicable purchase.
One-Time Payment Model
If you purchase a license, you pay a single fee for the rights described above. This does not imply transfer of ownership of the software — you are licensed to use it under the terms set forth here.
Updates & Support
We may provide updates, patches, or upgrades at our discretion. These may be subject to additional terms communicated at the time of release.
4. User Obligations & Restrictions
While using the Service, you agree that you will not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code or system architecture from the software;
Remove any proprietary notices or labels;
Rent, lease, distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the software, in whole or in part;
Use the Service in a manner that violates applicable laws or third-party rights;
Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
5. Third-Party AI Services
Users may connect third-party AI services via API keys obtained directly from those providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Mistral, local LLM services, etc.).
When you connect external services:
You are responsible for the API keys and any charges incurred;
The handling of data by such services is governed by the providers’ own terms and privacy practices;
NabhSpaceAi does not store or log your API keys or AI requests.
6. Your Content & Local Storage
All content you generate using the Service (prompts, outputs, files, workflows) is stored locally on your device. NabhSpaceAi does not have access to this data nor does it transfer this information to its servers without your request.
7. Refunds
One-Time License
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase:
Digital software purchases are final once activated.
Refund requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe provided at purchase (commonly within 7 days).
Conditions for Refund
Refunds may be denied if:
The license has been activated;
The software was found to be misused or abused;
You fail to provide necessary purchase verification.

8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:
You violate these Terms;
We believe your conduct is harmful to other users or our operations;
We discontinue the Service.
Upon termination, your rights under these Terms will end immediately.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee:
The Service will meet your specific needs;
Uninterrupted or error-free performance;
Accuracy of outputs from AI models accessed through the Service;
Compatibility with your devices.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NabhSpaceAi, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
Loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill;
Any charges or liabilities resulting from your use of third-party AI services.
Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your license (if any).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NabhSpaceAi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
Your misuse of the Service;
Your violation of these Terms;
Your use of third-party services;
Any content you generate or share.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance.
